17 Commissioners Sworn in by Gov. Alia to Drive Development Agenda

In a significant move to bolster governance and development, Fr. Hyacinth Iorlemem Alia inaugurated 17 newly appointed commissioners today. The ceremony marks a pivotal moment as the administration enters the second half of its first term, with a renewed call for dedication, discipline, and integrity.

Fr. Alia emphasized the critical role these commissioners will play in advancing the collective development agenda. He charged them to remain connected to their communities, uphold confidentiality in matters of state, and serve as true ambassadors of government policies and programs. Alumo Orpin, Hon. Ugwu Odoh, Hon. Kunde Aondowase, Dr. Joseph Ter Jir, Hon. James Dwem, Prof. Ornguga Yangien, Hon. Theresa Odachi Ikwue, Dr. Benjamin Ashaver, Dr. Adamu Margaret Ijaguwua, Dr. Peter Oboh Egbodo, Dr. Paul Ejeh Ogwuche, and Hon. Dennis Iyaighgba.
